site collects.
What the forms collect
When you send a quote request or a contact message, we collect the name,
email address, phone number if you give it, and the gear list, party size,
rental dates and location preference you type into the form. We use those
details to answer your enquiry, work out availability for your dates, and
prepare a quote.
Cookies
This site stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember whether
you have answered the cookie notice, and — if you send a form — whether you
have already submitted the same enquiry. There is no advertising or
cross-site tracking on this site. See Cookies for the

How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while the enquiry is live and for as long as we
need them to deal with it, including the period of any booking arising from
it. We do not keep enquiry data for marketing lists.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to
support@whittlesey-hire.org and we will deal with
the request.
Third parties
We do not sell or share enquiry data. Payments, if a booking requires one,
are handled by the payment provider named in your quote — we do not store card
details on this site.
