How rental works
Five steps from a written enquiry to handing the
kit back. Nothing on this page commits us to a stock level or a fixed price —
your quote does that, for your dates.
-
01
Send your gear list
Name the equipment, the party size and the dates. A written enquiry gets a written answer.
-
02
We confirm what is available
Availability is checked against your dates and location before anything is promised.
-
03
You get a quote for the period
The quote states the items, the rental period, the € figures for that period, and which collection or delivery option applies to you.
-
04
Collection or delivery
Arranged for the dates on the quote. Gear goes out cleaned and checked against the list.
-
05
Use it, then return it
Return within the period, by the method on the quote. Send changes or cancellations through and we will confirm what the quote terms allow.
Collection, delivery and return
- Collection — a slot at a point we confirm for your area.
- Delivery — where availability and location allow it; the
delivery leg is quoted separately so you can see it before confirming. - Return — by the method named in your quote. Ask about the
options for your address before you book, not after.
Groups and longer trips
Schools, scout groups and other small parties are welcome to send one
enquiry covering the whole list. State the number of people, the nights and
the site, and we will answer as one quote.
Cleaning and checking
Equipment is cleaned and checked between hires. That is part of what you
are paying for, and it is why the kit can go straight out on the day.
Deposits, damage charges and cancellation terms
are set out in the quote and in our Terms for your
booking. We do not publish standard figures here because they depend on what
is hired and for how long.
