Whittlesey Catering Hire Limited is a registered
company (No. 06617637, incorporated 11 June 2008) whose
business is renting and leasing outdoor goods.
We hire camping equipment to individuals, families and small groups
across Europe. You choose the equipment and the rental period; we confirm
collection, delivery and return for your location and dates. Cleaning and
checking happen between hires, so what you receive is ready to use.
We do not publish live stock counts or fixed
prices per item — a quote follows your gear list and rental period, so what
you are told is what applies to your booking.

Collection, delivery and return
Each of these depends on where you are camped and
when. Nothing here is a fixed promise for every address — it is the set of
arrangements we can offer, and your quote names the one that applies to you.

Collect in person
Arrange a collection slot at a point we confirm for your area. Bring your booking reference and ID; we check the gear list with you before it leaves.

Delivered to you
Where delivery is possible for your location and dates, we quote the delivery leg separately so it is visible before you confirm.

Return the same way
Return by the method agreed in your quote — back to the collection point or a return leg. Ask us about the options for your area before booking.

How is the rental period counted?
Charges are worked out per item per rental period. Give us your trip dates and party size and the quote shows the period it is based on, with the figures in EUR.
